Recycled art can be fun and creative and does not cost much

We enjoyed this art project, again the initiative of my daughter. Creating this beautiful mouse from a 2l cold drink bottle was her idea as well as how to do it.recycling art mouse

The best part about recycled art projects is that they don't have to cost you anything. You can use any scraps of material or left over art supplies.

What you will need:

  1.  An empty 2l bottle
  2. Paper for ears and eyes (colored if you prefer)
  3. Google eyes
  4. Glue
  5. A pencil
  6. Scissors
  7. Something for the tail (we used a piece of lint, but you can even use pipe-cleaners or wool)
  8. Something to decorate the ears with if you wish
  9. Something for hair (wool or shiny yarn)
